What’s more fun than sending snail mail to friends? Sending snail mail with a fun envelope liner! I love lining my envelope with vintage scientific illustrations, and this listing is for your own printable file to print your own! Featuring a flamingo, a spoonbill, ibises, and various seashore water birds. The file includes three sizes (A7, A6, and A1/4bar) of euro flap liners and a page explaining how I cut my liners.

Note: Not all euro flaps (the triangular flaps) are the same size and angle, so the document provides with you some cut lines around the very top of the flap, the sides, and bottom of the flap. There are no lines along the flap edges since different envelopes might require different angles. This ensures that your liner won’t have pesky black lines in it once you cut it out and stick it in the envelope!

These are designed to print on 8.5x11 paper. Before printing, make sure your print preferences are set to “actual size” or 100% before printing for best results. I like to use a bright white paper in a weight of about 70#-100#, but sometimes I use whatever print paper I have on hand!
